New Row Candle Co. proudly ships online orders via USPS. Originating from our warehouse in Groveland, FL, most cross-country shipments take a minimum of 3 business days. Please note that delivery estimates begin once USPS collects your package. During busy holiday seasons, shipping times may be slightly extended.
Can New Row Candle Co. ship to international destinations?
Yes, we’re happy to offer shipping to most international locations! Estimated shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. However, we reserve the right to cancel any international orders if necessary.

For orders over $200, we include signature confirmation to ensure your package arrives safely. If you prefer not to use this service, please contact us immediately after placing your order at support@newrowcandleco.com to let us know.
My package says 'delivered,' but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are managed by USPS. Most domestic shipments arrive within 3–7 business days, though delays may occur during peak seasons. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or building management. You can also contact your local USPS office for additional help. While we deeply value your trust in New Row Candle Co., we are unable to replace missing or stolen items.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We take great care to ensure every product is inspected before it ships. Due to the nature of our candles, we cannot accept returns or refunds for items that have been used or lit.
Additionally, we are unable to process returns based on scent preferences after purchase. If a fragrance isn’t quite what you expected, consider gifting it to someone who might enjoy it! If you’re exploring our collection for the first time, we recommend starting with smaller wax melts or candles to find your perfect scent.
